SPRUCE Enclosure Corral and Sump System: Description, Operation, and Calibration
Description
A subsurface corral system has been designed and constructed to measure water flow and allow the collection of water samples from the outflow of each experimental enclosure within the SPRUCE project. These measurements are critical to the calculation of whole-ecosystem water, carbon, and solute effluxes. This document provides a description of the components, operation, and calibration of the corral system.
